Bob’ Atomic Burgers is a locally owned and operated hamburger joint in Golden, Co. Opening a burger joint has long been a dream of Robert J.
Toohill, Bob for short, however his wife Jen opposed the idea, with two young daughters and a history working in the service industry to back it up. After years of helping other people literally build their dreams (think construction), Jen wanted Bob to build his own.
The perfect spot in Golden became available and with the help of friends, family and the support of their community Bob’s Atomic Burgers is no longer just a dream, but a place where you can come for a great burger… making it Atomic or not is completely up to you.
Excellent Burgers, staff, customers, and atmosphere. Seatings are close but as customers are great, you may meet a new friend.

Famous for slap-yo-momma good burgers and being on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives”. They are the only trained chef-driven burger joint in town, and one of the few restaurants that makes its own fresh, creamy ice cream every day for the best milkshakes and floats around!

Gott’s Roadside is a different kind of burger joint. For anyone who craves delicious, high-quality fare in a welcoming, down-to-earth spot, Gott’s Roadside is a tried-and-true local favorite.
They serve juicy cheeseburgers, 100% beef Fearless Franks, beer-battered onion rings and hand-spun shakes alongside crispy Ahi Poke tacos, Chinese chicken salad, and a sushi-grade Ahi burger—try finding those at your average drive-in. Their versions of these American roadside favorites and California classics are made-to-order using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Their commitment to local sourcing also extends to the glass.
Their California-centric list of wines and beers means you can order a Point Reyes Blue Cheese Burger with a high-end Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, or sip a San Francisco-brewed Anchor Steam beer alongside your spicy sweet potato fries. At Gott’s Roadside every detail matters and nothing is ever ordinary. Visit our other locations in St. Helena, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. Opening in Walnut Creek and Greenbrae in Fall 2017.

Your local BURGERFI isn’t some industrialized fast food giant. They were started in a gourmet kitchen, by gourmet Chefs. Not knowing fast food, the back of the house is built to be less burger joint, more five-star restaurant. When they needed a sauce, the Chefs didn’t call a food supplier. They started chopping. Mixing. Cooking. Making better choices.
BURGERFI is better to people: serving only the finest natural, certified angus burgers, dogs, hand-cut fries, frozen custard and more. They’re better to the environment: each location is built to environmentally sustainable best practices and includes earth-friendly elements. And, they’re better to animals: sourcing from one of the best ranches in the country. Where cattle roam free. Breathe mountain air. Eat grass and are treated humanely. BURGERFI never waivers from this high standard. This doesn't come easy. Certainly not cheap. Truth is there are simpler ways to put a burger on a bun. But, they're not better.
